Requirements

  • 10+ years of management experience managing 30+ employees
  • Proven success managing performance metrics and outcomes
  • Experience leading performance conversations and coaching individuals
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver patient-first, concierge-style care
  • Manage daily operations, staffing, and workflow challenges efficiently
  • Support patient education and clearly communicate available services
  • Monitor performance metrics and coach teams toward goals and standards
