About The Position

The Patient Services Manager (PSM) oversees patient meal service operations to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, nutritionally appropriate meals while maintaining excellent patient satisfaction. This role serves as a key liaison between clinical teams, nursing staff, patients, and foodservice personnel, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Hospitality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of foodservice management experience in healthcare or institutional settings.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets and patient meal service operations.
• ServSafe Manager Certification (required within 90 days of hire if not already obtained).
