Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 at Greater Baltimore Medical Center. The 245 licensed bed facility (acute and sub-acute care) is located on a beautiful suburban campus that handles more than 23,000 admissions and over 52,000 emergency room visits annually. Since its founding in 1965, GBMC HealthCare’s accomplishments have validated the vision of GBMC’s founders to combine the best of community and university-level medicine. The Patient Services Manager oversees the daily operations of the patient dining experience, ensuring the highest level of service, safety, and quality. This role is responsible for managing food service staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing patient satisfaction by delivering nutritious and appealing meals in a healthcare setting.
