About The Position

Lead with Compassion. Elevate the Patient Dining Experience in Upper Manhattan. Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager 2 for NYC Health + Hospitals / Carter, a 200-bed Long Term Care facility and 165-bed Nursing Facility located in upper Manhattan, New York. This is a key leadership role within a healthcare environment focused on delivering exceptional patient dining experiences. The Patient Services Manager 2 will report directly to the General Manager and oversee a team of approximately 37 union employees supporting a restaurant-style patient dining program, including in-room service. What You'll Do Oversee day-to-day patient dining operations Manage, mentor, and support a team of approximately 37 union frontline employees Ensure consistent execution of restaurant-style and in-room dining services Lead training and onboarding of new team members with a strong focus on patient services excellence Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and service recovery efforts Ensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory requirements, and Sodexo standards Collaborate closely with clinical staff and hospital leadership to enhance the patient experience What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
