Serenity Healthcare is hiring a Patient Services Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, develop teams, and ensure every patient feels supported, informed, and valued. No healthcare experience is required — we provide comprehensive training. What matters most is leadership ability, emotional intelligence, and a passion for service. About the Role Oversee day-to-day clinic operations with a strong focus on patient experience Coach and develop teams to deliver warm, professional, concierge-level service Ensure patients feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their care journey Healthcare experience not required — full training provided

Requirements

  • 3+ years of team leadership or operational management experience
  • Proven success managing performance metrics and outcomes
  • Experience leading performance conversations and coaching individuals
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver patient-first, concierge-style care
  • Manage daily operations, staffing, and workflow challenges efficiently
  • Support patient education and clearly communicate available services
  • Monitor performance metrics and coach teams toward goals and standards
