In this vital role, you will be the front-line support for patients undergoing open-heart surgery, assisting them through pre-op testing, surgical scheduling, and post-op appointments. Requirements

2+ years of administrative experience in a patient services setting
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for helping others
Comfort with electronic medical records and scheduling systems
Ability to work onsite with limited remote flexibility after training
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Two years of administrative patient service experience.
