About The Position

Responsible for independently coordinating and performing moderately complex and specialized clinic operational duties. The duties may include, but are not limited to, the department and patient scheduling and coordination of patient appointments with other services as required, obtaining patient information and insurance coverage; answering and triaging incoming phone calls. These incumbents may be required to function in the position assigned to carry out the essential functions below, act as a main resource to the organization for these functions, and perform specialized clinic administrative duties as assigned by clinic management or managing clinicians. Requirements

• 3 years of front office experience in a clinic setting

Nice To Haves

• Graduate of a secretarial program
• Associate's Degree
