About The Position

We are seeking a Patient Relations Coordinator to: Provide assistance and support as needed with patients, families, and staff that are in contact with the Patient Relations department. Investigate patient complaints and grievances in ambulatory and inpatient settings to improve the patient and family experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or other health care related field Required
  • 2 years of patient contact, health care related experience Required
  • 2 years of experience working in conflict resolution/investigation Preferred

Nice To Haves

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Social Work or other health care related field Preferred
  • 4 years of patient contact, health care related experience Preferred
