About The Position

As part of our Patient Registration team at our Norwalk office, you will be responsible for assisting patients with the check in process for general clinic appointments and provide support to the Urgent Injury Clinic. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and maintaining efficient communication with patients and providers. You are passionate about providing an outstanding experience for our patients. This is a full-time opportunity at our Norwalk Clinic, opening summer 2026. Norwalk Clinic hours will be Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. The scheduled hours of the Urgent Injury Clinic are Monday - Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday 10am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm. Here is What You Can Expect: Providing and obtaining necessary paperwork from patients for their orthopaedic appointment. Communicating with patients that may not be pleasant at times, yet are grateful for our guidance and assistance in getting them back to living. Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time working on a computer, that may seem unnatural.

  • Multi-tasker. Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time while staying organized.
  • Curiosity. You practice the art of listening, asking clarifying questions and avoiding interrupting patients and co-workers.
  • Dependability. Ensures patients receive timely care, promotes a reliable healthcare environment, and supports the overall efficiency of the team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience. Prior experience working in a medical front office role or similar, preferred.
