In this role, you will help ensure a smooth and welcoming check‑in experience while verifying key information that supports accurate billing and exceptional patient care. Requirements

2+ years of customer service experience (healthcare experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail—especially in data entry
Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, peers, and leaders
Quick thinker who can remain professional under pressure
Adaptable and willing to work across various registration areas as needed
Demonstrates empathy and patient‑centered communication skills

Responsibilities

Welcome patients, families, and visitors with professionalism, courtesy, and care
Facilitate smooth patient flow—from check‑in to their next point of service
Interview patients or representatives to confirm accurate demographic, clinical, and insurance information
Perform insurance eligibility verification using automated systems and phone outreach
Accurately collect and document copayments
Maintain a customer‑focused approach in person and over the phone
Support multiple registration departments as needed
