Patient Liaison
About The Position
Patient Placement Center Specialist supports care for Providence St Joseph Health (PSJH) patients by coordinating the patient intake process. He/she will be involved in taking and triaging calls, and facilitating inbound and outbound transfers for/from PSJH facilities. The employee will be responsible for assisting team to problem solve complex critical cases and situations. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience require
- 1-3 years of healthcare related experience

- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field
