Coordinates all patient flow related issues to ensure excellent customer service, minimal wait times and high employee productivity. Ensures the clerical and technical departments receive additional support when needed and patient‘s needs are met. Demonstrates excellent leadership skills when addressing staff and/or patients regarding waits and delays, or patient and guest service issues. Interacts and works cooperatively with patients and ancillary departments to assure patient satisfaction. Estimated pay range for this position is $18.32 - $23.82 / hour depending on experience.
