This role is a fully work-from-home position based in Australia. The Patient Experience Specialist's primary role is to provide frontline support to patients, ensuring an excellent experience for both current and potential patients. This involves handling inbound and outbound communications via phone and ticketing systems, and providing daily team support to manage inquiries and complaints within the clinical and operational teams. Additional tasks may be assigned to support the overall team function.
