About The Position

We’re seeking a friendly, motivated individual to become the face of our Premium Recovery Plan and Longevity Lounge that is confident in relationship building and comfortable with recommending/selling services that benefit the patient's goals.

Requirements

  • Outgoing, empathetic, and genuinely interested in people’s well-being including recommending services not covered by insurance.
  • Comfortable with technology and learning new wellness modalities.
  • Confident communicator who can explain the value of premium services in simple, relatable terms (training provided on the services and what they do).
  • Sales-minded, but always focused on building trust and long-term relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in wellness, fitness, hospitality, and sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and guide them through their recovery and wellness journey.
  • Educate patients on the benefits and value of regenerative & recovery therapies, including Red Light Therapy, EMTT, and Stimpod (training provided).
  • Apply and oversee the use of recovery tools and therapies, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Collaborate with physical therapists to understand each patient’s goals and tailor recommendations.
  • Proactively introduce patients to our Premium Recovery Plan and Longevity Lounge, highlighting how these services support their health and lifestyle aspirations.
  • Track patient progress, answer questions, and provide ongoing encouragement. Alert therapists when patients are not seeing the outcomes expected as we may need to consider a different course of action.
  • Ability to greet patients, bring back to therapist, engage in meaningful conversations as as a therapy technician
  • Support therapists by ensuring smooth transitions between therapy and recovery services.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized therapy and lounge environment including cleaning and maintaining machines/equipment.
