About The Position

Your Role: Upholds patients’ rights, advocates for patients and families, and enhances the overall patient experience continuously. Serves as a patient advocate. Manages patient feedback and suggestions. Serves as a resource to the organization for improving patient satisfaction and the patient experience. Performs duties in accordance with Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare’s (TMH) strategic plan and quality improvement (QI) principles.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in health care, social sciences, communication, or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of relevant health care, patient advocacy, patient relations, customer service, or performance improvement experience.
