About The Position

The Patient Experience Representative is responsible for ensuring that every person approaching the medical center is greeted, provides direction to desired location, including transporting (walking or wheelchair) individuals to area, and visitors are offered assistance as appropriate in order to feel accepted and welcome. Patient Experience Representative will be asked to screen patients/visitors/associates, enforce visitor/support person restrictions, perform service recovery, and assist during special events.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Hospitable and sensitive to needs and feelings of others
  • Passion for making people feel welcome
  • Comfortable talking to and greeting patients, associates, and visitors
  • Ability to enforce challenging restrictions in time of infectious disease outbreaks
  • One year experience working in customer service preferred
