Make a Daily Impact in Patient Care at Jamaica Hospital Sodexo is seeking a Patient Experience Manager 2 to lead patient service operations at Jamaica Hospital in Jamaica, NY. Reporting to the General Manager, this position oversees a team of up to 70 union employees and plays a key role in driving a positive, consistent patient experience. In this role, you will support daily patient foodservice operations, including tray line oversight, meal ordering, patient rounding, purchasing, inventory control, and staff scheduling. You’ll collaborate closely with clinical and client partners to enhance patient satisfaction and support service excellence across the hospital.
