About The Position

The Concierge greets all patients, families, visitors and staff in assigned area. Proactively assists individuals, providing information, direction and hospitality. The role may also involve providing guidance related to other OSF facilities/service areas, coordinating transportation needs, offering local area directions, and advising on area accommodations or amenities.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 6 months of direct customer service or hospitality experience
• Basic working knowledge of computers systems
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to reason, interpret and evaluate each situation to provide assistance and resolve issues
• Demonstrates ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Interpersonal skills to interact and communicate with individuals of various diversities and abilities

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with an electronic medical records system
