Sodexo is seeking a Patient Dining Manager to support one of two premier New York City healthcare locations — NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem and NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue. What You'll Do As the Patient Dining Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering compassionate, high-quality patient services: Lead, train, and inspire a team of union frontline employees Oversee daily patient dining operations, ensuring timely and accurate meal service Drive a culture of patient-centered care and service excellence Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams to support nutritional care plans Monitor and improve patient satisfaction scores (HCAHPS/Press Ganey) Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards (HACCP, DOH, Joint Commission) Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experienceMinimum Management Experience - 2 yearsMinimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
