Requirements
- Prior experience in a dental or medical front office (pediatric experience a plus!)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A friendly, compassionate attitude and professional appearance
- Comfort with dental software systems and general office tech
- A team player who brings positive energy to every interaction
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and parents with check-in/check-out
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
- Verify insurance and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Provide exceptional support to our clinical team and families
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
