About The Position

At Camelback Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics, we believe every child deserves an exceptional dental experience. Our beach-themed practice provides a fun, family-friendly environment where kids can relax and smile with confidence! We’re looking for a Patient Coordinator to welcome families, manage schedules, and keep our front office running smoothly.

Requirements

• Prior dental front office or strong customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused with a friendly, professional manner

Nice To Haves

• Dentrix (or similar dental software) experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and families with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
• Schedule dental and orthodontic appointments to maintain optimal patient flow
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements as needed
• Create and submit insurance claims accurately and follow up on outstanding claims
• Communicate treatment plans clearly to parents/guardians
• Answer phone calls, texts, and emails promptly and courteously
• Collect and post payments accurately; reconcile end-of-day as needed
• Maintain organized patient records and documentation in Dentrix
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth, positive patient experience
