Requirements

• Is friendly, patient-focused, and highly organized
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Can multitask with accuracy in a fast-paced environment
• Is comfortable working with children and families
• Has experience in dental or medical office administration (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and families in a professional and friendly manner
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing the calendar
• Collecting and verifying patient information and insurance details
• Communicating appointment reminders and follow-ups
• Assisting with new patient paperwork and electronic check-in
• Building rapport with families to ensure a positive experience
• Supporting billing, payments, and referrals as needed
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
