No prior medical experience is required. We provide training. About the Role The Patient Concierge supports individuals considering cataract surgery and advanced vision solutions. Patients often arrive with questions, uncertainty, and concern, not only about their vision, but about cost, timing, and what to expect. Your role is to help them understand their options, feel supported, and move forward with confidence.
