The Patient Collections Representative is responsible for analyzing insurance documents, processing reimbursement claims, collecting on patient accounts and releasing accurate billing statements for patient and insurance claims. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below satisfactorily. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer on the job paid training. The hours during training will be 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, Monday - Friday. Training will be conducted virtually from your home. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
