Under the direct supervision of licensed personnel, the Patient Care Technician I performs a variety of routine duties to assist the nursing staff in the delivery of patient care. This position primarily involves interacting with, assisting, and supporting patients, while also ensuring a safe environment and developing therapeutic relationships crucial for the healing process.
