About The Position

Sentara Medical Group Family Internal Medicine Careplex West 300 Clinic is hiring a Full-Time Patient Care Representative in Hampton, VA. The role involves being responsible for the registration process of new and current patients at the site. Primary responsibilities include completing check-in and check-out functions, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, and handling requests for medical records. The representative will also answer telephone calls and greet all patients and visitors with a smile.
