About The Position

This position is responsible for the registration process of new and current patients at the site. It involves completing check-in and check-out functions, including the collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and processing requests for medical records. The role also requires answering telephone calls and greeting all patients and visitors with a smile. The individual must be able to communicate professionally with insurance carriers and discharge planners, and possess an enthusiastic and energetic demeanor.
