About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face and
voice of our hospital. You will be instrumental in ensuring a positive client
experience, coordinating patient care, managing electronic medical records, and
supporting our veterinary team.

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who will share the passion for
our mission of providing exceptional medical care to our patients and excellent
service to our clients.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of hospital organization and client service
• Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for pet care

Nice To Haves

• 1-2+ years of experience as a receptionist in a small-animal clinic
• Familiarity with practice management software and multi-line phone systems

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service and coordinate patient care
• Maintain professional communications and ambiance
• Facilitate electronic medical records management
