Nice To Haves

  • Call center or customer service experience would be great but isn't required for this entry-level role.
  • Bilingual communication skills would be a bonus!

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a friendly, cheerful, and positive attitude throughout the day
  • Answering incoming phone calls, making outbound calls, and directing calls to the correct person/department
  • Promptly responding to emails, faxes, and live chats
  • Maintaining our calendar by scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming appointments
  • Following sales script training to save cancelled appointments and maintain high retention rates
  • Accurately processing payments
  • Resolving patient issues, answering questions, and promoting products and contests when appropriate
  • Providing fantastic customer service and making a positive impression of our office
