About The Position

We are seeking experienced, customer-focused professionals to join a high-volume call center environment supporting a broad range of banking services. This role is ideal for problem-solvers who think critically, work well in teams, and are looking for long-term stability and career growth. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service while handling back-to-back calls related to online and mobile banking, credit cards, and loan-related transactions. This position requires professionalism, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to resolve issues without relying on rigid scripts.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to deliver professional, accurate, and responsive customer service
  • Experience handling a high volume of diverse call types in a call center environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to think outside the box and use sound judgment
  • Ability to multitask effectively across multiple systems and screens
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
  • Demonstrated teamwork skills and experience working in collaborative environments
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with sales conversations, referrals, or cross-selling
  • Employment history reflecting stability and long-term commitment (short tenures reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
  • Prior call center experience required; this role is not open to entry-level candidates

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service by researching, troubleshooting, and resolving client issues and errors
  • Support clients and branch teams with online banking, mobile banking, and loan-related transactions
  • Proactively assess client needs, resolve inquiries, provide account information, and complete transactions on the client’s behalf
  • Utilize multiple computer systems simultaneously to gather information, document interactions, and track calls
  • Expand existing client relationships through cross-selling products and services or referring clients to appropriate sales partners
  • Contribute to departmental service quality goals and performance metrics
  • Comply with all internal policies, security requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations
