  • Must have reliable transportation
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Customer service experience
  • Frequent sitting and squatting
  • Frequent bending and twisting

Responsibilities

  • Provides customer service support to patients
  • Scheduling appointments, including TBs, referrals, and medically cleared patients
  • Scans/ files
  • Maintains clean and professional working environment, including the waiting room
  • Answers patient phone calls with urgency
  • Confirms appointments
  • Collect patient insurance
  • Maintains strict confidentiality
  • Ensures exceptional customer experience
  • Any duties required to maintain patient flow, cross training in other positions, and any other extra duties as assigned
