About The Position

Saint Luke’s Health System in Kansas City is seeking a Patient Acc ount s Representative to join our team. You will perform a variety of functions related to managing the accounts receivable, following established processes and polices for billing and reimbursement. This position is a call center environment, working remotely in the Kansas City area. We believe in creating a collaborative environment, while looking for innovative ways to improve. Requirements

• Applicable Experience:
• Diploma
• Excellent customer service skills.
• S trong computer and critical thinking skills and can multitask

Nice To Haves

• Experience with facility claim submission for a hospital system is preferred.
• Epic experience a plus.
