About The Position

Performs all routine billing and collections activity to ensure account integrity and appropriate reimbursement. Resolves routine customer service issues and assists with questions on reimbursement. Participates in team-oriented process improvement initiatives. Demonstrates compliance with performance and quality standards.

Requirements

• At least 1 year healthcare or related experience required
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft financial and word processing programs required
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• Two-year Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative preferred
