Handles member and health plan calls and provides accurate member responsibility information.

Requirements

• 1 year of healthcare billing and coding support experience within Home Care Services preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use various computer programs and applications, IE EMR/EHR
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish a plus
• Medical Biller/Coder certification highly desired

Responsibilities
