About The Position

Provides extraordinary care to our customers through friendly, courteous, and professional service through a broad understanding of account handling processes, extraordinary interpersonal skills, and the ability to resolve complex issues in a timely and accurate manner. As a Patient Account Rep II Physican Billing you need to know how to: Review insurance aging reports- Resubmit and work corrected claims and appeals- Review and manage aging claims and accounts receivable, as well as comprehensive follow up to maximize reimbursement

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent or (4) four years of revenue cycle experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of revenue cycle experience, working in an acute care facility, medical office or call center
• Knowledge of HIPPA regulations
• Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office applications)
• Excellent Internet connection
• Two years Physician Billing AR experience
• Two years of experience with Epic

Responsibilities
