About The Position
Under the general supervision of the Billing Management, this position is responsible for the oversight of all self-pay and collection accounts, ensuring that the days in accounts receivable stay within set guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in the medical/dental setting required
- Knowledge and experience working with third party insurance and FQHC billing preferred
- Knowledge of CPT, CDT and ICD9/10 preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook required
- Experience in Electronic Practice Management/Medical Records system required (Nextgen preferred)
Nice To Haves
