About The Position

Blue Ridge Health is currently seeking a Patient Access Representative to be part of their clinic team in Spindale, NC. As a Patient Access Representative, you will be an integral member of the team, providing excellent customer service to all internal and external customers. This role involves assisting patients with check-in and check-out during appointments, ensuring all patient data is up to date and confidential, and answering patient phone calls for appointment scheduling. Requirements

Stellar communication skills that allow you to easily and effectively communicate with staff, patients, providers, peers, supervisors and community stakeholders
A team player that can help build a positive environment by working cooperatively with other individuals and departments throughout the organization
A desire to work with an interdisciplinary healthcare team and culturally diverse patient population
High School Diploma or Equivalent
