The Patient Access Representative at Highlands Medical Center is responsible for greeting patients and families, obtaining and accurately entering demographic and financial information for all patient types. This role involves handling customer service issues in a friendly and effective manner, ensuring registration accuracy, and continuously enhancing knowledge of administrative processes to train new and existing employees. The representative is expected to show initiative in process improvement, collect required fees, and manage daily operations. Flexibility to work alternate shifts, weekends, holidays, and be on call is required.
