The Patient Access Associate 2 will be responsible for coordinating patient flow, timely processing, and maintaining knowledge of departmental practices to address patient questions or concerns. This includes understanding insurance requirements, Baptist Health South Florida (BHSF) pricing, financial assistance options, and overall BHSF Revenue Cycle operations. The role also involves assisting with go-lives and departmental initiatives, including onboarding and training team members, and participating in departmental committees/champion opportunities. The incumbent is expected to practice the Baptist Health philosophy of service excellence by providing professional, compassionate, and friendly service to patients of all ages, families, employees, physicians, and community members.
