Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
• Knowledge of MS Office Products.
• Knowledge of dental software preferred
• Previous job experience that exhibits flexibility and initiative
• Ability and desire to work in an energetic, fast-paced atmosphere both independently and with team
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, allowing for the development of positive relationships with team members and patients

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of dental software preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review patient accounts for accuracy, adjustments needed, and resolutions.
• Distribute patient statements.
• Monitor the collection cycle and exception reports.
• Send accounts to pre-collections and collections in a timely manner.
• Achieve both collection and customer satisfaction targets.
• Assist with training of other team members and work on special projects as needed.
