Patent Litigation Associate Attorney

MNF GlobalHouston, TX

About The Position

A leading AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a mid-level Patent Litigation Associate to join its nationally recognized intellectual property litigation group. This team is built for hands-on experience, offering a strong partner-to-associate ratio and direct access to senior litigators on high-stakes matters. Role and Responsibilities: Represent clients in patent litigation matters in U.S. district courts. Participate in ITC investigations and PTAB proceedings. Draft substantive motions, briefs, and case strategy materials. Take an active role in fact and expert discovery, including taking and defending depositions. Work closely with partners on case strategy, client interaction, and key decisions. Contribute to matters that often move toward trial or final hearing. Why This Opportunity: Meaningful, hands-on experience from day one - not siloed or back-end work. Work directly with partners, not layers of senior associates. Strong partner-to-associate ratio, allowing for mentorship and real responsibility. Opportunities for early deposition, hearing, and trial involvement. Exposure to cutting-edge technologies and high-value disputes. Competitive compensation and full benefits package.
