About The Position

Marbled & Fin is expanding from its celebrated Charleston roots to downtown Savannah as the concept's second location, joining The Neighborhood Dining Group portfolio (Husk, Delaney Oyster House, Minero, and The James). Known for its vibrant energy and modern approach to the steakhouse, Marbled & Fin creates a lively yet polished setting for both everyday dining and special celebrations. Team members will be part of bringing this exciting new restaurant to Savannah, offering premium cuts of beef, the highest quality seafood, and expansive wine list, and a standout whiskey and spirits collection. The company is seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook who takes pride in precise technique, creativity, and consistency in the pastry arts. This is a hands-on role perfect for a driven professional who brings both creativity and consistency to the table, while contributing to a dynamic, high-performance kitchen.

Requirements

1+ year of pastry experience in a professional kitchen or bakery
Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on consistency
Passionate about pastry technique and open to learning
Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction well

Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of pastries, plated desserts, breads, and components according to standardized recipes
Assist in menu development, seasonal dessert features, and daily prep
Ensure consistency in quality, presentation, and portioning
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked pastry and prep stations
Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen protocols at all times
Work closely with the BOH team to support service and special events
