The Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing and producing high-quality baked goods, desserts, and pastry items while maintaining the highest standards of consistency, cleanliness, and food safety. This role works closely with the pastry and kitchen teams to execute recipes, support daily production, and ensure exceptional quality in every product served to guests.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and produce pastries, breads, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and standards
  • Assist with daily pastry production, including mixing, baking, decorating, and finishing products
  • Ensure all pastry items meet quality, presentation, and consistency standards
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the pastry station and kitchen areas
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Properly label, store, and rotate ingredients and finished products
  • Assist with inventory management and ingredient preparation
  • Work collaboratively with kitchen and pastry team members to support service and production needs
  • Help maintain an efficient and positive kitchen environment
