Requirements

  • Experienced in pastry or baking, with strong foundational skills
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to quality
  • Able to work efficiently in both boutique and high-volume environments
  • Organized, punctual, and team-focused
  • Flexible with early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

  • Produce pastries, desserts, breads, and specialty items for the bakery and banquets
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
  • Support high-volume production for weddings, galas, and corporate events
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
  • Assist with inventory, ingredient prep, and daily production lists
  • Collaborate with pastry chefs to develop seasonal items and specials
