Role: Prep and cook hot and cold foods in the bakery/pastry shop culinary operations. Must have previous bakery or pastry shop culinary experience, good knife skills and understanding of culinary terms and techniques. Perform job responsibilities satisfactorily and according to department standards. Adheres to all Company, Safety and Department policies and procedures.
