About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor leads the day-to-day operations of the Parts Warehouse and oversees warehouse personnel. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and efficient processing of parts for customers, technicians, and internal operations. This position requires strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail to maintain an efficient and accurate warehouse operation.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management
  • Experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management processes
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations related to credits and inventory
  • Ability to operate forklifts and complete required Safety on the Move (SOTM) training
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in material handling, industrial equipment, or service-related parts operations
  • Experience working with technician or field service support environments

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise Parts Warehouse team members to ensure efficient daily operations
  • Ensure customer parts orders, service orders, and replenishment activities are completed accurately and on time
  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance management, and cross-training for warehouse personnel
  • Ensure timely processing of customer, technician, and supplier returns
  • Assist Inventory Analysts with quarterly stock returns
  • Oversee warranty claims and ensure accurate returns to Raymond
  • Code and process invoices when necessary
  • Ensure daily van replenishments are completed
  • Identify Raymond shipping and billing discrepancies and submit claims as needed
  • Oversee vendor core return processes and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate and maintain van inventory levels
  • Partner with Inventory Analysts to maintain inventory turns and fill rates
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Review inventory reports, P&L reports, slow-moving inventory reports, and backorder reports to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure cycle counts and inventory audits are completed accurately
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support operations
