The Parts Warehouse Supervisor ensures accurate ordering, receiving, storage, and distribution of parts and merchandise to support internal service operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and customer satisfaction by delivering the right parts at the right time while upholding safety and operational standards while managing a small staff to ensure processes are being followed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Must have experience in parts department processes, preferably in the equipment industry, as well as demonstrated leadership skills
Strong verbal communication; basic computer and math proficiency, attention to detail, commitment to accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs; frequent physical activity in warehouse/shop
Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality required

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification preferred; must be able to obtain certification

Responsibilities

Inventory & Operational Support Place machine-down orders and stock parts in designated locations promptly
Process internal parts transfer requests and supply service technicians with required parts
Conduct daily cycle bin counts and maintain accurate inventory records
Monitor part shortages and escalate issues to the Parts Manager
Verify receipt of incoming parts shipments and ensure accurate documentation
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work and warehouse areas
Assist in preparing and maintaining merchandise displays
Customer & Technician Support Deliver the right part, at the right time, in the right quantity, and in good condition
Support internal and external customer satisfaction through timely and accurate parts handling
Communicate effectively with technicians and department personnel to resolve parts-related issues
Process Adherence & Development Follow all warehouse safety procedures and use appropriate PPE
Adhere to department processes and contribute to continuous improvement
Create personal development goals aligned with organizational objectives
Participate in formal training and on-the-job learning to build product knowledge
