About The Position

This position is responsible for responding to customers' needs in a positive, caring, and timely manner while demonstrating a sense of urgency. Must also provide prompt, accurate, and efficient processing of all parts transactions and related warehouse activities. This requires working independently, with specific direction or as a member of a team. Job is also responsible for set up orders for either daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up for charge and cash accounts. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices daily: 1) Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; 2) Collaborate with key internal/external resources; 3) Participate in ongoing self-development.

Requirements

  • General knowledge of equipment and tools, including their designs, uses, repair and maintenance
  • Knowledge and proficiency with current computer software and related hardware
  • Operation and control skills of equipment or systems
  • Equipment selection skills by determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job
  • Ability to follow logical troubleshooting procedures
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Warranty/Cores
  • Ability to operate the controls of a machine or a vehicle quickly and repeatedly to exact positions
  • Ability to be self-starting and self-motivated
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read, write, and understand information
  • Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Up to two years of experience

  • Ascends/descends with gradual or continuous progress by oneself, using both hands and feet and climbs up and down ladders and/or equipment

Responsibilities

  • Models, promotes, reinforces, and rewards the consistent use of HOLT’s Values Based Leadership (VBL) tools, models, and processes to ensure alignment with our Vision, Values, and Mission
  • Works safely always and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standards
  • Adheres to contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations
  • Maintains all company equipment, warehouse environment, tools, and work areas in a good, clean, and working order
  • Completes all parts order pulling transactions for external and internal customers in an accurate, timely and supportive manner to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Completes all stock replenishment tasks in an accurate, timely and supportive manner to ensure proper inventory status in parts warehouse; To be monitored by management observation and stock order analysis reports, as well as daily and year end physical inventories
  • Proper packing, labeling and tagging of the inventory in the warehouse.
  • Completes internal parts orders and identifies parts for return communicates job status to supervisor as needed
  • Ability to efficiently coordinate workings with internal and external workers of the company.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
