Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years Functional expertise in the discipline of supply chain or customer service
  • 3-5 years SAP or ERP system expertise
  • 3-5 years MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer requests via incoming phone calls, ticket requests, and emailed inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. Build sustainable relationship of trust in knowledge of process and industry, establishing credibility in the function and the discipline.
  • Collaborate with service operations to move critical goods from established supply chains, and where necessary facilitate repair/return process with the Schindler KWs. Provide accurate and complete information using established methods/tools in a proactive and positive manner. Seek to resolve service operation product needs and escalate critical requirements when necessary to achieve a satisfactory outcome.
  • Support new customer onboarding activities and identify gaps in critical supporting data such as customer, vendor, and material master data. Identity catalog and pricing opportunities.
  • Positively contribute to the achievement of both organization and team - goals and objectives in a sustained and value providing manner.
