Parts Specialist – Heavy Equipment Hopkinton, MA| Vermeer All Roads We are growing at Vermeer All Roads in Hopkinton, MA and searching for an experienced Parts Specialist to join our team! If you’re a parts guru who enjoys researching and problem-solving, this is your opportunity to make an immediate impact. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating and selling heavy-duty and heavy-equipment parts to both internal and external customers, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and outstanding service. Schedule & Compensation: Base salary plus monthly commission $70-75k Full Time Monday - Friday schedule, no nights or weekends! Requirements

• Prior experience in heavy duty or heavy equipment parts preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and assist team members
• Must be able to lift and transport materials 50-80lbs
• Valid driver's license
• Work Authorization

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the appropriate parts and provide accurate pricing
• Advise customers of companion part requirements and upsell specials
• Answer telephone, greet in person and answer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up with customers regarding back-ordered parts
• Support technicians by retrieving parts needed for existing work orders and ordering for future assignments
• Operate a fork lift as needed
• Other duties as assigned
